Lead the room.

Speakfluence takes young people from their first shaky introduction to hosting a college fest, pitching an idea, and standing on a competition stage. Six pathways. 97 structured speeches. Real coaches, real audiences, every week — currently from our Bengaluru centre in J.P. Nagar, with more locations and online batches on the way.

Every pathway starts the same way: four minutes, your own story, a room that wants you to win.

Two tracks, one program

The curriculum is shared. The room, the pace, and the occasions we practise for are matched to age.

Speakfluence Juniors

For school students. Confidence first: introductions, assembly speaking, reading aloud with meaning, class presentations, and the school occasions where a student is asked to speak — Independence Day, prize day, farewell.

Speakfluence Launch

For college students and first job seekers. Everything that gets tested outside the classroom: interviews and self-introductions, project pitches, seminar presentations, hosting fests, moderating panels, and speaking for a cause.

Three ways to start

There's no single gate you have to pass through. Most members enroll straight into a pathway — the rest is up to how you like to start.

OPTION 1 · NO COMMITMENT

Sit in as a guest

Come watch a session or two before deciding anything. See how a meeting runs, meet the coaches, no sign-up required.

OPTION 2 · MOST MEMBERS START HERE

Enroll directly in a pathway

Pick one of the six pathways and start on Speech 1 with a coach. No prerequisite course required.

OPTION 3 · RUNS PERIODICALLY

Join the foundation program

From time to time we run a short, structured foundation course for members who want extra grounding before or alongside a pathway.

A short course that builds the basics fast

From time to time we run a short foundation program: a small group meets weekly, everyone speaks every session, and everyone learns to give feedback as carefully as they receive it. It isn't required — you can join a pathway directly — but it's a good on-ramp if you'd rather build confidence in a group before choosing a specialisation.

Speak every week

Prepared speeches, impromptu rounds, and meeting roles rotate so nobody sits out.

Evaluated, not judged

Every speech gets specific, written feedback — and a chance to deliver it again better.

Run the meeting

Members chair, time, and host sessions themselves. Leadership is practised, not lectured.

Finish on a stage

The course closes with a showcase in front of family, teachers, and guests.

“He comes home and tells us what he's going to fix about his next speech before we even ask. That's new.”
